At this stage in the process our team of engineers will run an in-depth survey and analysis of your property and lay out all the directions you can take, what it will cost, and when it can be completed by. After picking the perfect plan, we’ll help you get funding, and away we go.

Construction and management

It’s time to get our hands dirty. Our experienced teams will dig deep, and build high. Accounting for every screw, wire, and 4x4 along the way. You can rest assured that every inch of your project is done right and on time.

About us

Our story starts with two guys named Mayer and Zilu

In 2000 Mayer began his career in building buildings, he specialized in multi-family units, commercial properties and excavations. Unlike his equipment, he’s a pretty quiet guy who keeps his head down and his foundations deep.

In 2006 Zilu or “firecracker” as he’s affectionately been called by some of our clients, began doing custom and remodeling construction, he quickly became known for his attention to detail, and his insistence on perfection.

Over the years their paths crossed on several projects, and they soon realized that like a match made in heaven, they were perfect for each other. And so MYLU was born.

By combining our unique skills, strengths and contacts, we’ve been able to become a one stop shop for all our clients building needs. Don’t take our word for it, we let our projects speak for themselves.
